Discord commands
April’s slash commands appear in Discord’s command picker. In a server where April is installed, type /, select an April command, fill in its options and submit it. For example, /dashboard returns a link to the dashboard. A command’s presence in this reference reflects source at revision 757c2bf7e8bd1745dd56737d7204be80e4101cb6; it does not establish that a particular deployment has installed it or that an external provider is working.

The /botinfo picker entry for the non-production AprilBeta bot in April Testing’s #test channel on 2026-11-02. The deployed revision was not established; a picker entry does not guarantee execution.
![]()
The response observed with the non-production AprilTest bot in April Testing’s #test channel on 2026-11-02. Neither /botinfo nor /slot info produced a result embed in that check; the deployed revision was unknown.
If Discord says the application did not respond, wait and contact the bot or server maintainer. Avoid repeatedly submitting commands that change roles, credits or other state: a missing response does not establish that no operation occurred.
- Administration and information: roles, welcome tests and links
- Levels and credits: rank, daily rewards and games
- Fun and search: reactions, images, facts, jokes, memes and searches
Slash commands use / regardless of your server’s prefix. Custom commands are separately configured message commands: use the prefix shown in your server’s settings, followed by the configured name. Do not assume a universal prefix.
If April does not appear in the picker, check the invite, server/channel access and Discord’s application-command permissions. Server administrators can also restrict commands. If a command is present but fails, check its guide, bot permissions and the feature’s settings; retry later for provider errors. See common errors. Installation, permissions and provider availability can differ between deployments. Unless a guide identifies a guild-only or bot-permission requirement, the module source does not declare that particular restriction; Discord installation and server overrides still determine where a command is usable.
